I am yet to write a review here depending on whether I receive a good service for my truck (Chevrolet Colorado 2021) which is currently in the shop for 4 days now to fix an erratic electronic display. On September 4, 2025, I purchased a new 2025 Corvette from Sedano Chevrolet in Santee, California. Both my salesperson Lesley Flores and Sales Manager Ethan Smith were excellent. My complaint is about Finance Manager Brian Bernier. He misrepresented the $3,500 prepaid maintenance with extended warranty package. I signed up for this package after being told by Brian that it included 3 years of prepaid maintenance. Later I saw a poster at the dealership advising that the first year's maintenance was included with the purchase. I also concluded that in my opinion that the warranty extension wasn't worth the cost, and canceled the entire $3,500 package. Brian also told me there would not be a surcharge because I paid the $5,000 down payment with a credit card. However, my Visa statement showed a two percent surcharge. Brian did not answer my emails asking about this subject. I will never return to Sedano Chevrolet.

They saved me so much time, so I own a Hummer and have struggled to get its services and recalls handled at other dealerships. For a couple of reasons like needing a certified EV tech, and not having the proper lifts. So my truck would stay in other shops for weeks. But not here at Sedano Chevrolet, they took care of it within 4 days and provided a rental. It was hassle free, since they have multiple certified EV techs. The manager was so responsive and made me aware of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Im so excited for there turn around time! That I will be back for all my services…

Bought multiple vehicles over the years, mission bay Chevrolet hands down was the easiest yet. Prices were very competitive and there weren't hidden fees and add ons in the price. Genesis was my sales consultant and was very attentive To my needs. Did this whole process with my 5yo and she was great and patient and brought my son water what whatever was needed. Genesis and Ivan made the numbers work for me and then even found a way to get my APR down at the end. Never will I go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle the sales floor and office was a nice and private. Don't hesitate to shop here

I recently purchased a pre-owned certified 2020 Chevy Silverado from your dealership on September 17, 2024, paying cash for the truck. Shortly after leaving, the check engine light began flashing for about 10 seconds. I returned the next day, and the service representative noted that the light appeared on the truck's computer. While they couldn’t replicate the issue, they suggested it might have been a temporary short caused by their engine cleaning process. Unfortunately, the situation escalated. Just two days later, the truck started hesitating, and the RPMs began jumping. I brought it back on September 24, 2024. Last Friday, I was told the spark plugs would be replaced at no charge, but then I received a call saying they wanted to drop the transmission pan to check for metal debris and that the spark plugs hadn’t yet been replaced. On September 30, I reached out to the service rep for an update. He mentioned that the technician had provided a report and that they still wanted to drop the transmission pan and replace the spark plugs, pending manager approval. Later that day, the service rep informed me they would replace two spark plugs and perform a transmission flush. After escalating to a service manager and getting approval from a sales manager, I finally secured the replacement of all eight spark plugs and a transmission flush. I was told the truck would be ready for pickup on October 2 at 10 AM. When that time came and went, I texted your service rep at noon to check in. He mentioned the technician needed to test drive the truck. After following up again at 1 PM, I was told they had just started the transmission flush. I asked about the 10 AM pickup time and requested escalation to a manager. I was told, “I will get this handled,” but instead of hearing from a manager, I received another call from the service rep, saying they were getting my truck up to temperature for a test drive. Eventually, I was informed they couldn’t test drive it due to traffic on the 5 Freeway. I finally picked up my truck on October 3rd and specifically asked the service rep to wash it and add gas since it had been drained during test drives. He mentioned a gas station nearby, but I explained that I would be picking it up during lunch and wouldn’t have time. He assured me he would add $20 worth of gas, but when I arrived, the tank was completely empty (see attached photo). This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership, and it has made me hesitant to recommend your services. Throughout this process, I felt that none of the employees showed empathy for my situation or offered a positive solution.

I just worked with Tanner to purchase a Suburban. As a working mom with four kids, I did not have time to sit around a dealership all day haggling. I told him the price I wanted to pay and he was able to work out a deal I was happy with. I had to leave to pick up the kids and he delivered the car to my house with the final sales paperwork. I probably spent a total of three hours at the dealership (including test drives) and had the car the same day. Highly recommend!

We met Rodrigo at Mission Bay Chevrolet. He was very nice, polite, professional and dressed very well. As he showed us the 2023 CT four Cadillac he was very informative and very knowledgeable. We took the Cadillac for a test drive and he made us feel very comfortable. We went back the following day and decided to make the purchase, Rodrigo had the day off. He handed the sale off to his coworker Sergio, he is well had the same work ethic as Rodrigo. The two of them made our purchase very seamless and very easy. I made an appointment for my car to see if the turbo was bad. First appointment on Friday at 3:30 pm it was too late in the day for them to check and I was told that I would need to run a whole diagnostics at $195.00. Went back on Monday morning, as arranged on Friday, and the guy plugged my car in and was able to tell me it was not the turbo but something to due with my fuel. Then I was told that they could not get to it until noon, maybe. Even though I had an appointment at 8:00 am. They did not offer me a rental but suggested that I Uber or Lift home and they would let me know later in the day once they diagnosed it how long I would be without a vehicle and that then I could rent a car..... from enterprise. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. They lost my business for sure.

Worst car buying experience ever!I saw a vehicle online and decided to go in, I should have walked away when I wasn't approached by a sales person. There were a few outside but I had to go inside to ask for help. Sergio came out and took me to the car I saw online. His answers were short and he wasn't really interested in my questions, he was mostly cutting me off. We went inside to discuss price and it was not what was online. We went back and forth on the price and why the amount advertised wasn't what I would be paying. He was pushing for me to fill out credit app and I wasn't even sure I wanted to buy yet. He was extremely pushy and ultimately unprofessional. He would walk away to "speak" to the mgr about the final price of the car. I could tell it was his tactic to keep me waiting, you could see they were wasting my time. I don't appreciate doing business with ppl like that. I probably would have purchased the car that day had he not been so unprofessional and rude. I am in talks with a very professional salesman at Bob Stall, I rather give them my business.
